🔄 Return & Refund Policy

Return Window Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
• Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items will be covered by us.
• Return shipping costs for non-quality-related returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened adhesive products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
• Custom or private label (OEM) products

Refund Process Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
